Town Centre base is icing on the cake

The new premises of the recently-formed Blairgowrie and Rattray Development Trust (BRDT) were officially opened by Provost Dennis Meloy.

The trust is now based at the former Kitchens by James shop at 1-3 Meadow Place by the Wellmedow, which is also the new base for the Heat Project.
